The other names for (DDO’S) drawing and disbursing officers &JK pay system is pay manager, it is an integrated and unified online platform which allows the employees to create invoice. The online payment system was introduced for J&K employees of the state government departments. In addition to preparation of online bills , services, the JK pay system helps of online bills services, the JK pay system helps help’s employees to prepare leave encashment bill’s , arrears bill, dividends and bonuses, etc.

3. Now, click on the request form link (by PAO).
4. Application form will open in PDF form.
5. Download it and take print out of he form
6. Now, fill the form with the required details like: PAO office name, parent department, concerned treasury, PAO designation, PAO TAN number, PAO  bank branch , PAObank A|C number, PAO mobile number official email ID, etc.,
7. After that, click on submit buton. To submit to the concerned officials.

5. Now, enter your name, employee code, verification code and year.
6. Now, fill the form with the required details like, DDO designation, DDO department, DDO treasury concerned, DDO Office name, DDO bank branch, DDO AG code, DDO  TAN  number, DDO GST number, official e-mail ID, DDO NSDL number, etc.,
7. Now submit the request form to the concerned officials
